These terms apply when Decalyst services are used to deploy, host, publish, or operate customer applications.
2. Customer Application Responsibility
- You are responsible for your app content, behavior, and end-user experience.
- You must provide end-user terms and a privacy notice appropriate for your app.
- You must provide legally required AI disclosures and data-rights handling for your end users where applicable.
3. Security and Abuse Expectations
- No malicious hosting, phishing, malware distribution, or fraud.
- You must respond promptly to abuse, security, and legal notices involving your hosted app.
- We may suspend or disable hosted resources that create significant security or legal risk.
4. Domain, DNS, and Third-Party Services
Domain registration, DNS, payment processors, and third-party integrations may be governed by additional provider terms and your direct contracts.
5. Service Availability and Data
Uptime goals, maintenance windows, and backup behaviors are defined in [sla-link] and product documentation.
