These terms apply to the Decalyst desktop app, web app, APIs, hosted services, and related sites unless a separate written agreement applies.
2. Eligibility and Account Use

You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping your contact and billing information accurate.

4. Paid Plans, Credits, and Billing
Subscriptions, credit bundles, and any overage or usage charges are governed by the Billing, Refund, and Support Policy.
If payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment is resolved.
5. Customer Content, Output, and IP
You keep ownership of your Customer Content (prompts, files, code, and related inputs) subject to rights needed for us to provide the service.
As between you and us, you own Output generated for you, subject to third-party rights, model limitations, and law.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and secure your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service according to your settings.
6. AI and Third-Party Model Providers
Decalyst may route requests to third-party model providers and infrastructure vendors listed in the Subprocessors page.
If you enable product-improvement features, we may use eligible content for service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy and AI Product Terms.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, security risk, abuse, or non-payment.
You may stop using the service at any time. Data export and deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy and product settings.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a qualified human before high-risk use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is capped at [liability-cap-amount] or the fees paid by you in the prior [liability-lookback-months] months, whichever is greater.
